HIGGINS, Commissioner.

Personal injury action in which plaintiff had verdict and judgment against defendants for $18,500. Defendant Slover filed posttrial motion for judgment in accordance with his motion for directed verdict at the close of all evidence or, in alternative, for a new trial; defendant administrator filed a similar motion and also a motion for reduction in judgment on account of $500 payment by defendant to plaintiff for medical services pursuant to provisions of liability insurance policy.
