Plaintiff Gloria Williams (“plaintiff’ or “Williams”), a former customer service clerk of Cingular Wireless (“Cingular”), seeks long term disability (“LTD”) benefits under the Cingular Long Term Disability Plan (“the Plan”), an employee welfare benefit plan regulated by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”) of 1974, 29 U.S.C. §§ 1001 et seq.
