MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
GETTLEMAN, District Judge.
Plaintiffs Gayle Curcio, Penny Verest, Ellen Waltz, and Connie Weng bring this action against defendants Chinn Enterprises, Inc., d/b/a Bob Chinn’s Crab House (“Crab House”), and Bob Chinn (“Chinn”), alleging sex discrimination and retaliation in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., and Illinois state law claims for assault and battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress, in Counts I through IV respectively.
