Defendant Jeffrey Lee Van Nortwick appeals as of right from a judgment of foreclosure of a land contract entered July 17, 1981, following a bench trial. Judgment was also entered by default against defendants. Richard W. and Kathy Sue Brown, but the Browns have not appealed.
