MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Plaintiff Joanne Stasior filed this action on March 30, 1995, under the Federal Employers Liability Act, 45 U.S.C. §§ 51-60 (“FELA”) seeking damages for carpal tunnel syndrome of the right hand and tendonitis and tenosynovitis of both hands allegedly sustained during the course of her employment with Defendant National Railroad Passenger Corporation.
