T1 Plaintif{/Appellant Linda Stewart (Stewart) seeks review of the trial court's order denying her motion for new trial after a jury verdict for Defendants/Appellees NYT Broadcast Holdings and Griffin Communications (KFOR and KWTV, respectively) on Plaintiffs claims for defamation and false light invasion of privacy. In this appeal, Stewart asserts the broadcasts aired by Ap-pellees were false and unprivileged, constituted libel per se, and the trial court erred in denying Stewart's motion for a new trial. Having reviewed the record, we find no error as alleged.…
