Ryan appeal from a trial court order granting summary judgment in favor of American Hometown Publishing, Inc., apd American Hometown Publishing, Inc., d/b/a Guthrie News Leader. The issue appegled is whether the trial court erred in granting Defendants Judgment as a matter of law.
