EISMANN, Justice.

This is an appeal from a judgment -in litigation arising from the dissolution of a law firm organized as a professional limited liability company. The Plaintiffs raise two issues on appeal: (1) whether the district court erred in holding that the parties’ written operating agreement was not integrated, so that parol evidence was admissible to vary its terms; and (2) whether the district court distributed the company’s assets according to the terms of the operating agreement.
