This appeal stems from a protracted contract dispute arising out of the construction of Meridian’s new City Hall. The City of Meridian brought suit against the project’s construction manager, Petra, Inc., alleging that Petra breached the parties’ agreement in numerous ways. The City further claimed that Petra was not entitled to any additional fees for its work. Petra counterclaimed, seeking an equitable adjustment of its construction manager fee.
