Appellant, Lexington Insurance Company (“Lexington”), challenges the district court’s summary judgment in favor of Ap-pellee, Samedan Oil Corporation (“Same-dan”). The district court concluded that Samedan’s recovery against Lexington under endorsements to liability policies issued to Samedan’s contractor, Pride Offshore, Inc. (“Pride”), was not barred by the Louisiana Oilfield Indemnity Act (“LOLA”). La.Rev.Stat. 9:2780, et seq. We agree with the district court that the LOIA does not invalidate Samedan’s coverage because the record is uncontradicted that…
