Plaintiffs-Appellees asserted claims under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (“ERISA”), 29 U.S.C. § 1001 et seq., against their current or former employer, Xerox Corporation (“Xerox”), 1 the pension plan administered for the benefit of its employees, and various individuals associated with the administration of that plan. On remand from our first decision in this litigation, see Frommert v.
