Magnuson v. Coburn

Frank J. Magnuson and Sarah F. Magnuson brought this action in the district court-for Phelps County against Leo Lloyd Coburn and Theresa Coburn. The purpose of the action is to establish plaintiffs’ right to a road across defendants’ premises and to permanently enjoin the defendants from interfering with plaintiffs’ use thereof.
