Nu-Dwarf Farms, Inc. v. Stratbucker Farms, Ltd.

Appellant, Nu-Dwarf Farms, Inc., commenced this action seeking a mandatory permanent injunction requiring appellees, Stratbucker Farms, Ltd., Herman Stratbucker, and Stratbucker Farms of Nebraska, Inc.
