This is an appeal from the district court for Seward County. It involves the appellee’s, Norman A. Ricenbaw, right to maintain a dual system of drainage across appellants’, Emil E. Kraus and Josephine H. Kraus, husband and wife, land.

Appellee is the owner of the northwest quarter and appellants are the owners of the northeast quarter of Section 23, Township 9, Range 1 East of the 6th P. M., in Seward County. The natural drainage of the moisture falling on the east side of appellee’s land and on appellants’ land is toward the east, although it is slightly toward the northeast as it crosses…
