In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the respondent Brookhaven Zoning Board of Appeals dated February 27, 2004, which, after a hearing, imposed various conditions upon the granting of the petitioners’ applica*812tion for subdivision approval and area variances, the petitioners appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Tanenbaum, J.), dated October 6, 2004, which denied the petition and dismissed the proceeding.
