Respondent A.J. Lights, LLC, brought an action against appellant Synergy Design Group, Inc., alleging wrongful termination in violation of the Minnesota Termination of Sales Representatives Act (MTSRA), breach of contract, and a number of other claims. Appellant requested that the district court compel arbitration in Florida in accordance with the terms of the parties’ written contract.
