BLACKBIRD, Justice.
Dickie Johnson, who owns a farm in Seminole County, Oklahoma, does not have a driver’s license, but owns a Dodge Sedan automobile and also a truck which is used in connection with his limited farming and cattle raising operations. The present action arose out of an automobile accident in which the Dodge Sedan was involved. John Bemo, plaintiff herein, had been employed by Johnson as a farm hand approximately two years when the accident occurred, and, Roy Cosar, driver of the Dodge, had been employed by Johnson as-his chauffeur approximately three weeks.
