In an action to recover on an assigned account, the court directed a verdict for defendant. Plaintiffs appeal from an order denying their motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or a new trial.
The defendant, Unger Furniture Company, was a copartnership retailing furniture in Montevideo, Minnesota. The present action arose out of three purchases of furniture made by it from Reliable Jobbers, Inc. of Minneapolis.
