Upon importation from Thailand through the port of Los Angeles, California, certain knives and forks included in the entry covered by the above-enumerated protest were classified by the customs authorities as “Table knives and forks with handles of other metal” in paragraph 355 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as modified by the Annecy Protocol to the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade, 84 Treas.
