OPINION

This is an appeal from orders of the district court affirming the decision of an appeals officer in a worker’s compensation case and denying appellant’s motion to vacate the order affirming the decision of the appeals officer.

On June 24, 1982, respondent was raped while working as a maid for appellant. On June 25, 1982, respondent filed an injury report regarding that incident.
