WOODROUGH, Circuit Judge.

The National Labor Relations Board found the Del E. Webb Construction Company and the International Hod Carriers’, Building and Common Laborers’ Union of America, Construction and General Laborers’ Union No. 264, A. F. of L. (hereinafter called the Union) guilty of engaging in unfair labor practices, and issued an Order, directing each of the respondents to cease and desist from such .unfair practices; ordering the respondents jointly to make certain individual complainants whole for loss of pay; ordering the Company to hire, or place on a preferential hiring list,…
