Williams, Judge.
This case arises from the Government’s termination for cause of two purchase orders *615(“Orders”) between Plaintiff Tektel, Inc. (“Tektel”) and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois (“District Court”). Tektel asks that the Court convert the default termination to a termination for the convenience of the Government and award Tektel $123,614.26 for equipment and services it provided the District Court prior to termination.
