— In a negligence action to recover damages for personal injuries, defendant appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Jones, J.), dated August 10,1982, which denied its motion to dismiss the complaint as barred by the Statute of Limitations and granted plaintiff’s cross motion to strike defendant’s second affirmative defense asserting the Statute of Limitations as a bar to plaintiff’s action.
