In a negligence action to recover damages for personal injuries, plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 22, 1972, which denied her motion pursuant to CPLR 3211 (subd [b]) to dismiss the affirmative defense of Statute of Limitations pleaded in defendant’s answer. Order reversed, without costs or disbursements, and motion granted. On March 8, 1971 plaintiff was injured when she fell on a subway stairway maintained by defendant.
