BRYSON, Circuit Judge.
The plaintiffs filed this patent infringement action in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Following discovery on the issue of jurisdiction, the district court granted the defendant’s motion to dismiss the action for lack of personal jurisdiction. The plaintiffs have appealed, contending that the defendant has sufficient contacts with New York to give the district court personal jurisdiction under the applicable New York long-arm statute.
