MEMORANDUM OPINION
KAPLAN, District Judge.
Plaintiffs are judgment creditors of certain of the defendants and allege that they have been hindered by violations of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (“RICO”) 1 and various state law torts in their efforts to collect then-judgments.
