Claudia Martinez brought this suit against her former employer, Blake’s Lotaburger, LLC, in New Mexico state court. (Doc. 1 Ex. A.) Her complaint was submitted by the law firm of Keller & Keller and was signed by attorney Michael G. Duran of that firm. (Id.) Defendant removed the suit to this Court. (Doc. 1.)
