October 20, 1903, appellee filed a bill against the Abraham Lincoln Building, Loan and Homestead Association, Mollie Schumacher, John O. Schumacher, Maude E. Hennan, Minna Paulsmeir and others to procure the release of a trust deed, alleged to have been fraudulently executed, can-celled and set aside, and for a foreclosure of the trust deed. The Abraham Lincoln etc. Association, John C. Schumacher i ' and Maude E. Hennan answered the bill, and Mollie Schumacher, by leave of court, adopted their answer, and replications were filed…
