Plaintiff, as beneficiary, brought this action to recover upon a life insurance policy. In her complaint she alleged the execu tion. and delivery of the policy by the defendant on the life of Charles F. Parke on July 9, 1930, the death of the insured on May 5, 1931, proof of death made on June 5, 1931; that she was the beneficiary named in the policy at the time of its execution and delivery, and that the insured paid all the premiums falling due and otherwise performed the terms and provisions of the policy.
