This is an action to recover on a life insurance policy. December 14, 1934, Matilda Sehroeder, accompanied by her husband, went to the office of the local agent of the defendant and signed an application for an insurance policy to be issued by the defendant in the sum of $225. The application specified that the applicant never had any of a number of diseased enumerated in the application and that the applicant had not been treated by a physician within three years except as stated; the only exception mentioned was treatment by Doctor McHeffey, in November, 1934, for a “cold.” No medical…
