OPINION

BARRY, Circuit Judge.

This is a tale of one company’s efforts to extend the terms of its contract with another company. Wastecorp Inc. (‘Wastecorp”) obtained a license from ITT Industries, Inc. (“ITT”) to. use the MARLOW trademark for a term of four years. There is no question that the integrated contract between the parties stipulated a four-year term. Nor is there any question that Wastecorp, despite the protestations of ITT, continued to use the MARLOW mark after the expiration of the four-year term.
