Defendants Reason Gukutu and Christian Personnel, Inc. d/b/a Christian Construction, Inc. (“CCI”), (collectively “Defendants”) move jointly for summary judgment on all claims brought against them by Plaintiff Allison Marie Dunbar Guillory (“Plaintiff’), acting as Adminis-tratrix of the estate of the decedent, Patrick Guillory (“Guillory”), and as Parent and Next Friend of Guillory’s children.
