The United Oil Company, a defendant in the above-entitled action, appeals from an order denying its motion for a change of venue from Orange County, where the action was instituted, to the county of Los Angeles. The notice of motion specified that the ground therefor would be the convenience of witnesses and'that it would be based upon the records and files of the action and upon an affidavit attached to said notice.
