MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

KRAM, District Judge.

Plaintiff brings this discrimination action against the United States Postal Service and the Postmaster General under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act (“Title VII”), 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-16, and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S. C. § 633a. Plaintiff is a sixty-three year old black citizen of the United States, whose country of origin is Jamaica, and is an adherent of the Jewish religion.
