Plaintiff Leonard Vernon (“Vernon”) commenced this action against his former employer, The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (“Port Authority”), alleging violations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq (2001) (“Title VII”) and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 623(a), (d) (2001) (“ADEA”).
