Beneficiaries of deceased insured appeal from a judgment in favor of the insurer after the trial court held that as to the accidental death benefit, the intoxication and felony exclusions of the policy were valid. The main question on appeal is whether the insurer was entitled to deny coverage on the basis of these two exclusions that had never been communicated to the decedent.
