Plaintiff appeals from an adverse judgment of the court below denying her claim of coverage under the insurance policy her husband applied for prior to his untimely death. Again we are presented with the basic question as to whether an insurance company, which collects a full annual premium with an insurance application, may deny liability under the policy if the applicant dies before his application is approved and the policy issued.
