Appeal from a judgment of the superior court for King county, Dykeman, J., entered May 13, 1913, upon findings in favor of the plaintiff, in an action for divorce, tried to the court.

The plaintiff brought this action against James Masterson, her husband, for the purpose of securing a divorce. Howard D. Masterson and Harry C. Masterson, sons of James Masterson, and Hattie Walk, a stepdaughter, were made parties defendant.
The facts as found by the trial court, in so far as they are necessary to an understanding of the questions presented upon this appeal, are, in substance, as follows: On September 14, 1910, the plaintiff and the defendant James Master-son were unjted in marriage.
