SWEENEY, Judge
In this bid protest, plaintiff Savantage Financial Services, Inc. challenges a federal governni'ent agency’s method of acquiring financial management software and associated services. After plaintiff filed its motion for judgment on the administrative record, defendant indicated its intent to take corrective action and subsequently moved to dismiss the protest as moot.
