On August 1, 1995, this declaratory judgment action came before the court for a non-jury trial to determine the claims of Associated Scrap Metal, Inc. (“Associated Scrap”) against Royal Insurance Company of America (formerly known as Royal Globe Insurance Company, “Royal”).
