The purpose of the declaratory judgment action was to determine the insurance coverage, if any, afforded to several of the defendants, namely Harrington Construction Company; Wainwright Engineering Company; Sam Wainwright, as officer of Wainwright Engineering Company; and Fisk Enterprises.
