ADKINS, Judge.
The Attorney Grievance Commission charged Van Stuart Powers, a Maryland lawyer since 1972, with multiple violations of the Code of Professional Responsibility. 1 We referred the matter to Judge G. Hovey Johnson of the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County pursuant to Maryland Rule BV9 b. After extensive fact-finding, Judge Johnson concluded that Powers was guilty of numerous violations of the Code.
