THIS MATTER comes before the Court on Defendant WTNM Technologies, Ltd.’s Renewed Motion to to [sic] Dismiss or, Alternatively, for a Determination of Choice of Law of for [sic] Claims, filed January 28, 2009 (Doc. 29).
