THIS MATTER is before the Court on Defendant Carl Lee-Llacer’s Motion to Dismiss Counts I (§ Breach of Contract), III (Breach of Fiduciary Duties), V (Tor-tious Interference with Contract), and VI (Statutory Conspiracy). This case concerns Mr. Lee-Llacer, a former employee of Nortec, and whether the nonsolicitation and non-competition clauses contained within his employment contract with Nor-tec are valid.
