This is a suit by Mrs. Nelson and husband for themselves, and as next friend for their minor son, against the Woodward-Wanger Company, a corporation, to recover damages to an automobile in the sum of $81.90, and for $400 damages account personal injuries sustained by the child, caused by a collision between an automobile driven by Mrs. Nelson and another automobile driven by J. A. Farris, a traveling salesman for appellant.

The collision occurred about 3:30 p. m. in the City of Dallas, at the intersection of Mar-salis avenue and Fifth street.
