Lowry, to set aside an award of the Industrial Accident Board in a proceeding under the Workmen’s Compensation Law. Judgment for defendant,’ and plaintiff appeals.

Appellant sued to set aside an award of the Industrial Accident Board, made under the provisions of chapter 103, General Laws 35th Leg. (Vernon’s Ann. Civ. St. Supp. 1918, arts. 5246 — 1 to 5246 — 91), commonly-known as the Workmen’s Compensation Law. Appellant had insured the Tom Padgitt Company, of Waco, Tex., against loss by virtue of injury to its employés under such act; and the award was in favor of Mrs. Lowry, as the beneficiary and widow of J.
