¶ 1 Jerome Arndt and the other plaintiffs below (collectively "the plaintiffs") appeal an order and judgment granting the defendants' (collectively "First Interstate Bank of Utah, N.A." or the "Bank") motion for judgment on the pleadings. The trial court held that the plaintiffs' claims were derivative in nature and that the plaintiffs could not pursue such claims in their individual capacities. We affirm.
