Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Allen Murray Myers, J.), rendered May 15, 1987, convicting defendant after jury trial of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, and sentencing defendant to an indeterminate term of 6 to 12 years’ imprisonment, unanimously reversed, on the law, and the matter remanded for a new trial.
