Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Keniry, J.), entered January 8, 1991 in Rensselaer County, upon a verdict rendered in favor of defendants.
Plaintiff Tiffany Austin (hereinafter the infant) sustained serious injuries in May 1987 as a result of an attack by a dog owned by defendants Jose Bascaran and Carla Bascaran (hereinafter collectively referred to as defendants) at defendants’ farm in the Town of Hoosick Falls, Rensselaer County.
