— Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Allen M. Myers, J.), rendered January 7, 1987, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of robbery in the third degree and sentencing him to an indeterminate term of imprisonment of 3 Vi to 7 years unanimously reversed, on the law and the facts, the judgment vacated and the matter remanded for a new trial.

We find that the cumulative effect of a Sandoval ruling and several comments during the charge were prejudicial to the defendant, requiring a reversal of the judgment and a new trial.
